Support camel case imports like BlogRoll

Chris Dawson requested to merge fix_camel_case_svekyll_imports into main

svekyll imports (!24 (merged)) were not working with camel cased tags like <BlogRoll/>. This fixes those.

(Also, some fixes for tagging support)
